Shop Policies

Welcome to our shop!  We are happy to help you personalize your order.  If you have any questions before ordering please message us and we will happily go over your order with you.  

***Most items will take 3-5 days to create and another 3-5 days for shipping.  If you need an item by a specific date, please message us to confirm it can be done in time beforehand.

***If your item includes a photograph for personalization, please provide a crisp, clear photo that has not been cropped when sending.  If the photo is too blurry, we will not be able to use it.

***For any personalized items you order, we will email you a proof before proceeding to make the item.  Please review the email to make sure that the spelling of names, addresses, etc. are correct.  It's best to email us back as soon as possible so that we can complete your order and get it shipped.  Customer approved personalized items are final sale.  

***Shipping is via USPS First Class or USPS Priority.  Delivery is dependent on USPS, therefore, we cannot guarantee a delivery date.  Once shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number.  Please note:  As the customer is responsible to provide the correct address, items that are returned to us for the wrong address/undeliverable cannot be refunded.  However, we will ship a new item and the customer must pay for shipping to resend it.  If a shipment shows that it has been delivered to the correct address, we cannot refund or replace that item.

***Cancellations:  If you need to cancel your order it must be cancelled within 24 hours from when you placed the order. Please email us at or message us through Go Imagine.

***Returns:  We take pride in our work and want you to be happy with the final result. While we do not accept returns, if there are any issues with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and we can see what changes, if any, can be made. If the item needs to be returned, the customer is responsible to pay the shipping.

***Please be aware that actual colors may vary slightly as computer screens and devices are backlit and may effect how colors appear on your screen.  Actual colors may be slightly darker than what you see on your screen device.

In no case shall Double Peony Designs LLC, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
